Craving sand, sea, and yoga at sunset? Join us for beginner-friendly waves and relaxing yoga in sunny Morocco.
Meet your guide at Agadir airport at anytime. You'll then head over to the west coast, to the town of Tamraght in Taghazout Bay. You'll settle into your accommodation, a traditional Moroccan Riad with pool, then dive straight into your first yoga session. Afterwards, you'll enjoy some dinner in the tranquil courtyard under swaying palm trees.
You'll wake nice and early with a morning yoga session, before heading to the beach for your first surf. Beginners who have never or rarely surfed before will have lessons, and today is all about getting used to the movement of the board and building up confidence in the water.
After lunch and some more surfing, you'll return back to the Riad for a dip in the pool. In the evening, stretch out your muscles with another yoga session and a guided meditation, as the sun begins to set - it's a great way to reduce any stress and promote positive emotions.
Enjoy a home-cooked Moroccan dinner next to the pool in the courtyard of your Riad.
Now that you've got the swing of things, your guide will help you to progress your skills on the waves. Learn how to paddle, pop up, turn and read the waves so you can start to catch more waves for longer.
Before heading out to one of Taghazout's many restaurants, you'll have an opportunity to enjoy a sunset yoga session.
Today your guide will help you hone your surf skills, analyse your pop up, and help you with small adjustments to your technique.
Relax your body and mind after a day of surfing with a combined sunset evening yoga and Yoga Nidra session, which focuses on restoration. Then enjoy a traditional Moroccan feast next to the pool in the courtyard of your Riad.
Today will be your final chance to polish up your surf skills. The guide will help you to combine all the skills that you have learnt during the week to grab some waves.
In the evening, you'll enjoy a final yoga session with your new surf mates, before heading into Taghazout for dinner.
After a final morning yoga session and breakfast with your new friends, your guide will drive you back to the airport in time for your flight.
