When you book with Skyhook, you automatically join the club and gain access to our loyalty rewards and special discounts from premier gear outfitters and travel partners.

As soon as you sign up to Skyhook, you become a member of the Club!

Everyone starts as a Bronze member. Even if you haven’t travelled with Skyhook yet, you can dive right in and access our partner discounts on amazing travel gear and services.

After you’ve travelled on your first Skyhook adventure and the trip has finished, i.e., you’ve completed a booking, you’ll level up to become a Silver member.

From there, every trip you take with us boosts you to the next tier—and the rewards just keep getting better. Here’s the gist of it:

• Five tiers in total: Each tier unlocks more rewards.

• Skyhook credits: Earn credits with every completed trip to use on your next adventure.

• More adventures = More rewards: The more you travel, the more you gain.

We’ve made earning and tracking your membership status easy. Here’s what happens:

• Automatic updates: One week after you complete a trip, you’ll get an email confirming your tier upgrade.

• Dashboard convenience: Credits are automatically added to your Skyhook dashboard. You can check your total credits anytime under the ‘Credits’ tab.

• Membership details: Visit the ‘Skyhook Club’ tab for a full breakdown of your membership status, your progress to the next level, and the rewards you’ve earned so far.

If your booking includes two or more travellers, they can join the Skyhook Club and earn rewards, too. Here’s how:

1. They must register their own Skyhook profile

2. Claim their booking space so the trip appears on their dashboard

3. Fill out their own Guest Trip Form

After doing that, the loyalty credits will automatically be added to their dashboards after completing the trip.

If they don’t claim their space, you’ll receive the rewards for your completed booking only.

Rewards don’t double up if the other spaces on your booking aren’t claimed.

Great news - we’ve got you covered for all qualifying trips completed before February 2025. Your past adventures count toward your current membership status. Next time you complete a trip, you’ll receive the rewards in line with your tier.

Just a heads-up: These credits can’t be applied to deposits or balances for bookings you’ve already made. But they’re all yours for future trips!

Skyhook credits are as good as cash on our platform, available in GBP, EUR, or USD. Here’s how they work:

• Where to use them: Credits can be applied to trip deposits only—not balance payments.

• Non-refundable: Credits can’t be exchanged for cash.

• Transferable: Want to share the love? Credits can be transferred to another guest’s account. Just send us their details, and we’ll handle it.

• Stacking credits: Booking a new trip? Promotional or cancellation credits on your profile will be applied first. If they don’t cover the full deposit, your loyalty credits will kick in next. Anything left? Simply top up with a card payment.
