We meet in Voss at 9 am (most people stay a night before). The first day is all about learning how to kayak in a relaxed environment, as you paddle into the Nærøyfjord UNESCO World Heritage area. If you haven't kayaked before don't worry - the kayaks we have are very stable and great for beginners.
Over the course of the day you'll paddle for a total of 4-5 hours, with plenty of breaks. In the evening, you'll then arrive at our wild camping spot right by the side of the fjord. Here you can enjoy a BBQ around the campfire, and take in the stars.
After a hearty breakfast at camp (all food is included), you'll pack your daypacks and begin the hike above the Dyrdal valley.
We'll reach the top just after lunch, with some amazing views of Nærøyfjord - one of Norway's most spectacular fjords and the world heritage site that you have been paddling through. You'll also have spectacular view of the surrounding mountains.
After taking some time to soak up the scenery, we'll head back to the camp by the side of the water.
